With the sun setting later each day, more time for activities arises. Lock Haven provides numerous options for both outdoor and indoor fun.
Avenue 209 is hosting a Spanish Night on March 23 from 6-9p.m. Lock Haven University’s Institute of International Studies is hosting the event. Spanish food, music, and a craft opportunity will be provided.
On March 27 a spring craft show will be provided by Susque-view. From 9a.m. until 3p.m. venders will present homemade foods and items.
An opportunity to hear opposing views regarding the question “Does God Exist?” will be presented March 24 at 7:30 p.m. Both university and community members are invited.
Consider spending time at Bald Eagle State Park. The park provides hiking, fishing, swimming, and even picnicking. The fresh air and sunlight might just enhance the day.
Other outdoor activities to consider include: planting a garden, visiting a farmer’s market, or having a picnic.
